Breakfast: Breakfast is available at the PEANUTS DINER Kobe on the third floor from 7:00 to 10:00 AM.
※Breakfast is included in the room charge.

Staying with a child: Children under 12 years can sleep together with their parents without extra charge, children over 12 years are treated in same way as adults.
One child can sleep in one double bed with her/his parent, in twin bed 1 parent can stay with up to two children.
Breakfast is not included for children. It can be purchased extra (1500 yen excluding tax).
Following things are not available: Extra bed or baby bed, amenity for children.
Please note, there is no bathtub in the bathroom.

Other: 1.Persons with wheelchair have to inform the hotel beforehand.
2.Smoking is not allowed inside the building (Smoking area is not provided)
3.Pets are not allowed.

Cancelation policy: Cancellations and late Arrivals

Cancelation charge	7-3 days in advance	20% of the accommodation charge

	On the day of occupancy	100% of the accommodation charge
	No-show	100% of the accommodation charge

※ If there is a change on your planned arrival time, please inform the hotel necessarily in advance. Peanuts Hotel will cancel your reservation after two hours delay on your planned arrival time without notice.

※ For guests arriving after midnight, please inform the hotel necessarily in advance. Peanuts Hotel will cancel your reservation, if you don't make any notification.
